What is covered?
autoXpert through the manufacturer warrants each new vehicle for a certain number of years & kilometers (whichever comes first) bumper to bumper warranty. As detailed in the warranty section of the owner’s manual all warranty repairs and adjustments during this period are made at no extra charge.

The warranty covers repairs/replacement of malfunctioning part occurring during the warranty period that is result of defect in material or workmanship.

The warranty repairs and adjustments (parts and/or labor) will be made at no charge during the warranty period as shown on the maintenance booklet from the date the vehicle is first registered and delivered to you.

Considering the investment you’ve made in your new vehicle and to benefit from the warranty coverage, it is necessary to perform all your repair and services including periodical maintenance at our authorized service center to avoid any problem resulting from lack of maintenance or know-how by unqualified technicians.

Warranty does not cover damage due to collision, accident, fire, theft, vandalism, riot, explosion or from objects striking the vehicle, misuse such as driving over curbs, overloading, racing, and alteration.

Damage caused by chemicals, tree sap, stones hail, earthquake, water or flood, windstorm, lightning, etc.

Failure or malfunctioning of your vehicle due to insufficient or improper maintenance including maintenance schedule intervals, usage of poor quality of fuel and lubricants as recommended by the manufacturer. 

Cleaning and polishing, lubricants, replacing filters, spark plugs and brake pads/shoes and clutch linings and performing other normal maintenance services and consumable materials that your vehicle requires.

Warranty FAQs

What does the bumper-to-bumper warranty cover?
The Bumper to Bumper Warranty covers the new vehicles from the date the vehicle is first registered and delivered to the customer until it reaches the communicated years or kilometers  (whichever occurs first) as per the manufacturers' instruction. It covers the vehicle from bumper to bumper on any vehicle defect related to materials or workmanship. For further details, look in the Owner's Manual under "What Is Covered" and "What Is Not Covered."

Do I get charged for warranty repairs?
If any part covered under the warranty is found to have a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship occurring during normal use, we will make the appropriate corrections free of charge including labor and parts with no deductible.

Corrosion Protection is included in my Warranty?
All our vehicles are designed and built to resist corrosion. All body and sheet metal components are warranted against rust-through corrosion during the warranty period. Application of additional rust-inhibiting materials is not required under the corrosion coverage and none is recommended.

Does my warranty cover alteration or installation of accessory items?
Installations or alterations to the original equipment vehicle (or chassis) as manufactured and distributed by the manufacturer are not covered by the warranty. The special body company, assembler, equipment installer or upfitter is solely responsible for warranties on the equipment and any alteration (or any effect resulting from alterations) to any of the parts, components, systems or assemblies installed. Therefore, we recommend using genuine accessories and parts designed, tested and proposed by the manufacturer through autoXpert to maintain your warranty and ensure optimum functionality, quality and safety at all time.

Is it mandatory to keep my maintenance record?
Although all your maintenance records are registered in our system, we recommend you keep all receipts covering the performance of periodical and warranty maintenance and repairs. Any problem caused due to lack of maintenance at our authorized service center as per the recommended schedule is not covered by our vehicle’s warranty. Therefore, receipts are important for you to keep for future reference in case question arise as to whether a failure is caused by lack of maintenance or a defect in material or workmanship.

What are the boundaries of my warranty coverage?
Normally, the warranty granted by the manufacturer through the distributor or agent operates in the country in which this warranty is issued by the authorized dealer and the vehicle’s legal registration documents.
